On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/pulpy wild cassis, small juicy/crushed red berries and small notes of griotte cherry associated with touches of quite ripe black plum as well as hints of tonka bean, tobacco, underwood, fine hints of humus, cuben pepper, sweet spices, a subtle hint of clove and Badiane. Tannins are elegant, precise, silky and offer suppleness.
