Darkly pigmented, deep ruby-red color. Gentle cassis aromas are complimented by earthy notes on the nose. The palate shows a nice concentration of mulberry fruit framed by cedar & graphite flavors – lovely fine tannic structure gives good grip. Alcohol is balanced & the flavors last well.
