The Fattoria Fibbiano estate covers an area of approximately 90 hectares; white country roads and tracks run through its woodlands, vineyards, olive groves and its fields of wheat and sunflowers. You can relax and enjoy your stay, as you are close to some of the most beautiful historic towns in Tuscany; San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, San Miniato, Lari, Vinci and Calci just to mention a few.

Day 1 : Giorno Uno – Leaning Tower of Pisa
City of Pisa, Italy
Square of Miracles / Piazza dei Miracoli – Leaning Tower of Pisa – Pisa Cathedral / Duomo di Pisa – Pisa Baptistery. The Leaning Tower of Pisa
Lunch – Officine Bocelli – Andrea Bocelli’s family restaurant and café, Lajatico in Tuscany
45 minutes drive to the winery
Room check-in – Settle down, relax at pool or wine bar
Dinner – Tuscan dinner BBQ at the terrace
Day 2 : Giorno Duo – harvest day
Breakfast served at our restaurant in the farmhouse.
Tour around the winery – History – Walk along the hills and through the centuries old vineyards – Wine-making.
Wine Tasting in the new wine bar completed in 2018
Lunch at Fattoria Fibbino match the wine being introduced at the wine cellar.

Day 4 : Giorno Quattro – Florence
Breakfast & Departure to Florence at 10am.

Lunch – Gucci Cafe
Apartivo and Dinner – Lucca – Walk around town – Dinner at L’imbuto by Chef Tomei 1-star Michelin
Day 5 : Giorno Cinque – Montalcino
Breakfast & check out from Fattoria Fibbiano at 10am
